We take care of the creation of individual sales units, so-called lots, and their ideal compilation. All we need from you is a list of all products for sale.
Before, during and after an auction, selected dealers receive newsletters. In the shop, regular marketing newsletters with information about promotions and campaigns are sent to selected traders.
After the marketing, you will receive a compilation of the sales from us with all the information relevant to you.

Via REMARKET NOW you can transparently view all sales campaigns. All data on past sales and auctions are securely stored and archived.
In the event of a complaint, we deal with the recording of the claim, the return of the goods, the credit note to the customer or the reshipment to the customer.

Credit Line Management
We take over credit line management so that the creditworthiness of new customers can be checked, tracked and monitored.
In order to benefit from all advantages, we can carry out the remarketing process modularly or 360°. Individual service modules such as 3PL, refurbishment or technical service can be booked as required.
We collect the hardware at the point of use and take care of the entire logistics process. We undertake storage and packaging logistics as well as transport logistics, including customs clearance. We work closely with experienced carriers or use our own special logistics fleet, which also ensures the safe transport of unpacked goods.
Refurbishment can be performed in our in-house maintenance centre. First, the condition of the devices is recorded and documented during screening. The hardware is then cleaned and sanitised if necessary. Existing data will be deleted in an audit-proof manner.
Each unit is tested by us, the test result is documented and provided in the form of a report.
